Linear Technology Corporation (Linear Technology Corporation) introduced single-phase synchronous buck DC / DC Controller LTC3816, the device supports Intel IMVP-6, IMVP-6 + and IMVP-6.5 protocol. LTC3816 can be forced to pulse skipping or continuous mode. Pulse skipping at light loads to provide maximum efficiency, forced continuous operation at light load with a faster transient response. AVP in the load step to minimize peak-to-peak output voltage transient.
